Requirement
This organization provides services to customers across the globe. They needed to authenticate their support agents who log in to client environments to provide services, reducing the administration overhead for their clients in managing external identities.
- Key Goal: Secured login to client environment.
Our Solution
To avoid the administration overhead for clients managing external identity lifecycles, WinMethods proposed implementing Windows AD and ADFS. As this service provider does not have an On-Prem environment but uses AWS cloud services extensively, these services were implemented on EC2 instances on the AWS platform. We used the OAuth 2.0 protocol to authenticate the users.
Conclusion
Being a Microsoft solution partner with Microsoft Certified resources, we completed the project in a very short span with utmost precision and customer satisfaction.
